Resolution 1: avoid meat. Resolution 2: avoid processed foods. Resolution 3: prefer raw foods (in fact, don't cook). So today I'm eating some raw snap peas tossed with sundried tomato pesto, dried figs, carrot slices, and a wedge of brie. Yesterday I ate an avocado and some leftover lentils.
